Sackett Street: 40-Unit 100% Affordable Development Selected for NJ Smart Move Program

Castlemore Companies has been selected by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs as one of five statewide recipients of Smart Move Program funding. The Smart Move Program is a Hurricane Ida recovery initiative that funds the construction of quality, energy-efficient, resilient, and affordable homes in lower-risk areas for families displaced by the storm. Castlemore's Sackett Street project will deliver 40 units of 100% affordable housing in New Jersey, a landmark commitment to the community.
